SUMMARY: MGW is looking to hire a full-time Farmland Manager. Our Farmland Managers work directly with landowner clients and manage all aspects of the property on behalf of the owner. Managing the details for each property is a priority and requires most of your time to be utilized communicating with others and tracking data. You will also spend some time in the field inspecting properties and meeting with farm operators, contractors, and other business associates. Ag knowledge, background, and experience is required. We desire an individual who is looking to be part of our team for the long haul. You must be a self-starter & self-motivated individual who values and contributes to the success of the entire team. Starting salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
