The Appraisal and Valuation Services Office (AVSO) is currently hiring for multiple Appraiser and Review Appraiser positions.

We provide independent real property valuation and mineral evaluation services in an energetic and professional environment. You will be supporting Interior bureaus and offices responsible for natural resource missions that are critical to our national parks, wildlife refuges, and other public lands. You will be playing a critical behind-the-scenes role in high-profile, far-reaching cases, such as acquisitions of land for national wildlife refuge or National Park expansion, critical habitat conservation, historic and cultural site protection, and helping to maintain the integrity of Indian trust lands and trust resources.
